But the angel said to the women, "Do not
be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus
who was crucified. He is not here, for he
has risen, as he said. Come, see the place

Clothing Donation Shed
A clothing donation shed was installed in the far corner of the church parking lot on March 27, 2025. The Church Council approved the shed when presented by St. Pauly Textile, Inc. during the February Council meeting. This clothing donation location is a first for the Burns area.
St. Pauly Textile is a for-profit company that has collection sheds across 11 states. Clothing items collected are distributed in the United States and other areas of the world. Because the clothing items are sold to charity groups throughout the world, only the items in good condition are kept for distribution.
St. John will receive 4 cents a pound for the clothing items picked up by St. Pauly. Also, one time a year St. John can direct the items collected to a local charity.
We have no liability associated with the shed and St. Pauly assumes all risks. We are asked to check on a weekly basis the inside of the shed and move any items away from the shoot so new donations can fit down the shoot.
If you would like to periodically help to move bags and/or bag loose items, please contact Mary Beth in the church office.
